Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.    These terms and conditions apply to this broker intermediary giveaway.

2.    The promoter of this giveaway is Paratus AMC Limited (trading as Foundation and Foundation Lending) a company incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 03489004 whose registered office is at 3 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1WA) (“Foundation”). 
 
3.    This giveaway is open to broker intermediaries registered with Foundation and resident in the UK, aged 18 and over only. 
 
4.    This giveaway is not open to employees of Foundation, or any group companies or family members or anyone else connected to the giveaway.

5.    The giveaway period is from 09:00 hours on Monday 12 January 2026 until 17:30 hours on 27 February 2026 (the “Giveaway Period’). 

6.    The giveaways are boxes of Celebrations chocolates and ten random boxes will contain a blue ticket. Each blue ticket can be used to claim the following prizes:
£500.00 Champneys voucher (or an equivalent voucher to a spa of your choice) and a £500.00 donation to a UK registered charity of your choice approved by Foundation.
7.    The prizes cannot be claimed by a third party on the behalf of the winners. 

8.    To claim the prizes the winners will need to notify Foundation by email to marketing@foundationlending.co.uk that they have found a blue ticket and provide a selfie with the winning blue ticket during the Giveaway Period and no later than 7 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Where requested by Foundation the winner must provide the original blue ticket to Foundation’s regional account manager. Upon claiming the prizes, the winners must confirm if they wish to claim the £500.00 Champneys Voucher or provide the name of the spa of your choice for an equivalent voucher, plus provide details and the name of the UK registered charity for the £500.00 donation.

9.    If the winners do not notify Foundation to claim their prizes, the winners’ prizes will be forfeited. 

10.    The prizes are not transferable and are non-negotiable.  No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. 

11.    Upon receipt of notification from the winner of the claim to the prizes, Foundation will verify and approve the claim and 10 days after the end of the Giveaway Period will arrange for:

(a)    The delivery of the prize for the £500.00 Champneys voucher (or an equivalent voucher to a spa of your choice) to be sent to the email address provided by the winner; and
(b)    The donation of the prize for the £500.00 donation to a UK registered charity of your choice (approved by Foundation) to be made to the charity named by the winner when notifying Foundation.  
12.    Foundation retains the right to substitute the prizes with another prize or prizes of similar value, in the event that the original prizes as offered are not available

13.    Foundation accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of the giveaway or accepting the prizes. Foundation further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person as a result of the giveaway. 

14.    Foundation reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Foundation in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to. 
 
15.    Foundation shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, power outage, software viruses or other electronic device contamination, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 
 
16.    By claiming the prizes, the winners grant Foundation the right to publish their name and location for publicity, research and news purposes but, under no circumstances, will the winners’’ personal data be published without prior written permission from the winner. 
 
17.    Foundation reserves the right to retain any data gathered as a result of the giveaway in accordance with the data protection regulations. 
 
18.    The winners are responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the prizes. 

19.    By claiming the prizes, the winners of the blue ticket are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Foundation reserves the right to refuse a claim by a winner or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
 
20.    These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
